Refund Policy
In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, PHATDUDS is not required to provide a refund if you make a wrong selection, need a different size or change your mind.
By finalising your order, you are agreeing to these terms:
Phatduds does offer size exchange on the Signature Collection ONLY. A size chart is offered for you to consult when choosing your correct size. Size up for longer length.
Phatduds does NOT offer exchanges or refunds on any “Limited Release” patterns or colourway. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
While we take care to ensure that you receive an item that is in perfect condition, sometimes faults can be missed. If you have received a damaged item, please ensure we are contacted within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
In the event that you have received an item with a minor fault, we will first attempt to replace or repair the item. If this is not possible you will be offered the option of a credit note. As per ACCC a refund for an item with a minor fault is at the company’s discretion.
If you receive an item which is deemed by Phatduds as having a major fault. It is at the customers discretion to choose a replacement (Signature Collection Only, Limited Releases cannot be guaranteed), store credit or a refund. If the item was purchased using a Gift Card, the amount will be credited back to the gift card and not refunded.
Note that Gift Cards/Store Credits cannot be cancelled for a cash refund.
Should an item shrink, tear or break due to improper care Phatduds is not responsible for a replacement, refund or credit note.
