All our parcels are sent via Australia Post and Startrack.

The above delivery service does not include insurance.

Parcels will be left via safe drop unless specified otherwise in writing by the customer.

We ship to most countries outside of Australia.

Shipping will be via Australia Post pack and track mail. Express post is also available.

International customers are required to pay all sales tax, duty and/or customs charges.

All taxes and customs charges will be your responsibility and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges vary depending on the Country and State of your shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that may be relevant to you. Phatduds is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested or charged during the shipment of your order.

 

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

We cannot guarantee delivery times. However, you should receive your delivery within the following time frames: (note: business days)

 

Australia (metropolitan areas) - Express - usually next business day;
Australia (metropolitan areas) - Standard - Usually 3 business days
Australia (regional areas) – between 3 and 7 days.

International: Typically, 7 - 10 business days. Express typically no longer than 5 days

However, there may be times where shipping will take a little longer. Sometimes international orders can take longer if the item takes longer to process through customs. Unfortunately, this cannot be controlled. If you have not received your items within our designated time frames, please email us your full name and order number and we will investigate on your behalf.

We do not offer refunds or compensation for orders received outside these times. Delays are rare but can happen unexpectedly. We will do our best to fix any issues that may arise in regard to your orders being delivered.

 

 

PRE-ORDERS

We will do our best to give you an accurate arrival date for pre-order items, however, sometimes there are unexpected delays that are out of our control. We do not refund if an item arrives later than expected.

If you place an order that includes a pre-order item, the items are all sent in the one post bag. If you wish to have items in stock earlier, you must place separate orders. Orders that are split after placing the order will incur a postage charge.

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Phatduds may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the items subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.

You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.

If a customer chooses to cancel an order for any reason prior to the order being shipped, a credit note will be issued for the balance and the postage price refunded. A refund on the items will not be issued.

 

ITEMS MISSING IN TRANSIT

Phatduds is NOT responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed in transit due to the fault of Australia Post or other delivery carrier - we will aid you in tracing your parcel and help you lodge an investigation if required. By purchasing from Phatduds you are accepting these terms. If an item goes missing, we will do the best we can to lodge a claim on your behalf and compensation through the carrier.

 

 

ITEMS MISSING FROM AN ORDER

Should any item be missing from an order, please email customerservice@phatduds.com.au and include the following information: Your order number and an image of your invoice, our team will then investigate.

All orders at Phatduds are picked and packed with all movement covered by CCTV. This allows us to go back and check if the order was picked and packed properly. PLEASE NOTE: Any claims made regarding missing items that are then proven fraudulent by our security footage WILL be forwarded on to the correct authority.

 

In the rare occasion where there is an inventory issue, and we are unable to supply an item that has been ordered we will refund you immediately. If you purchased this item with a credit note, your refund will be placed back onto your credit note. The rest of your order will be sent within the appropriate time frame and cannot be cancelled.

 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

Please check your item over carefully upon receiving it. If there are any faults the item can be sent back to be assessed by our returns department. If the item is faulty, you will be refunded in accordance with your consumer rights. Your postage will also be covered should this be the only item you are returning. If the tags have been removed and the item has been worn, we will be unable to accept the item back, this is considered wear and tear.

 

RETURN OF ITEMS

Any return of Items to us by you will be governed in accordance with our Returns Policy.

 

GIFT CARD/CREDIT NOTE POLICY

If an item was purchased using a Gift Card/Credit Note and has been returned due to a manufacturing fault, the customer will be re-issued a Gift Card/Credit note for the balance. The customer will be refunded any extra expenses they may have incurred (for example postage). If there is an Inventory Issue with an item on your order and we are unable to fill it for any reason and you have purchased using a Gift Card/Credit Note, the Gift Card/Credit Note will be re-issued for you to purchase something else.

 

 

CONSENT

By agreeing to these Ordering, Purchase & Shipping terms, you also consent to receive further electronic communications from us in relation to Phatduds the business, including information relating to items, competitions, promotions, special offers and any other commercial message. Of course, you may contact us at any time.

 

GOVERNING LAW

The laws of Queensland, Australia govern these Ordering & Shipping Terms.
